In 1983, Randy M. Loup, President / Owner, founded Louisiana Landscape Specialty, Inc. (LLSI) The affiliate to RMF Construction Services, LLC. The company developed from a small landscape installation and maintenance operation with less than a dozen employees into the largest landscape contracting company in the Gulf South, employing over two hundred employees.

Post Katrina left the company in complete despair of survival. The company had to make decisions of how to reemploy and bring the business back online as well as provide needed services to our community.   After the suffering and devastation to the South, “RMF Construction Services, LLC.” was founded by offering services in debris removal, earth work and demolition.  As time changes and the needs of our city emerges our mission is to provide the best professional services needed to restore our great city.
